Is it an enjoyable recreational read, or more like a study of church structure?

More the latter, but it's not a dry read.

It's out of print. $40 on Amazon.

BUT, it has been replaced by REAMIGINING CHURCH, which is part 2.

Part 1 by the same author is called PAGEN CHURCH. Tough read if you like church, but it's really informative. Makes you aware of why church is much more ineffective than it should be.

Does anyone have a copy of this? My wife has been trying to find it for months....I am on Swaptree.com and would e happy to trade.

Hey Mitch. No, the copy I had had to be returned to a friend.

My journey is progressing, but I'm not sure it's taking me OUT of the organizational church. I am however encouraging folks in the church to do their part and start smaller groups where they demonstrate Christ to one another and learn about and use their spiritual gifts.
